One inquiry.
Many forms.

LifeForce and LifeForce Ventures belong to the same work. They do not have the same job.

01

Discover.

The worldview, inquiry, philosophy, and practical architecture concerned with what helps people flourish and build lives worth living.

02

Build.

The operating and venture-building company that gives the work practical form through companies, tools, communities, places, books, and initiatives.

The vehicle is not the center.

LifeForce Ventures does not own research truth or automatically own every aligned organization. Each expression retains its own legal, financial, ownership, brand, privacy, and governance boundaries.

How ideas become living work.

These are four movements in a continuous learning cycle—not services, departments, or rigid project phases. Each expression begins with inquiry, meets reality, and returns what it teaches to the larger LifeForce body of work.

01

Inquiry

Begin with a changing human condition and a question worth taking seriously.

02

Expression

Give the strongest working idea a practical form that must stand on its own merits.

03

Experience

Let real people, real markets, and real communities expose what the idea missed.

04

Return

Bring what was learned back into the inquiry and make the next expression stronger.

Jerry
Garcia.

Jerry Garcia is the founder of LifeForce Ventures and a co-founder and Chief Product and Strategy Officer of Alethia Intelligence. He is a pattern recognizer and pattern shaper whose work moves across design, technology, identity, and the conditions that help people live more fully.

He spent ten years at The Coca-Cola Company and has contributed to work for brands including UPS, Marriott, JetBlue, and Staples. Through LifeForce Ventures, he is developing a connected body of work that includes companies, tools, communities, environments, and books.

The common thread is a simple question: what must become stronger in people and in what we build together as technology becomes more capable?
